Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Leasing Ambassador for Build-to-Rent communities in Charleston. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

The role supports daily leasing operations, ensures homes and spaces are prepared, and helps drive occupancy with a strong focus on customer service. The position requires at least 1 year in real estate or leasing or related customer service, with Build-to-Rent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, leasing, sales, property management, or customer service.
• Build-to-Rent or multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional community and home tours.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on features, pricing, availability, terms, and applications.
• Ensure model homes and spaces are prepared for tours and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate prospect, applicant, and leasing records in CRM systems.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and engagement.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist with lease documentation and reporting; contribute to monthly targets.
