Job summary

Maymont Homes in the Charleston area is seeking a Leasing Ambassador - Build-to-Rent to deliver an exceptional prospective resident experience. You will welcome prospects, conduct community and home tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while ensuring homes and spaces meet presentation standards.

You will coordinate with onsite teams to prepare models, respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person, and help achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide professional community and home tours
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding community features, pricing, availability, leasing terms, and application processes
• Ensure model homes, amenity areas, and community spaces are prepared and maintained for daily leasing activities
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, including follow-up communication and application support
• Maintain strong knowledge of community offerings, leasing procedures, and company policies
