Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking an Acquisitions Associate - Build-to-Rent (BTR) to help reshape the single-family rental market.

You will identify, evaluate, underwrite, and inform offer decisions for newly built homes, working with investors and the BTR team to prepare investment committee materials. You will leverage proprietary data, analytics, and models to support timely underwriting, prioritization, and portfolio decisions while coordinating with investment, operations, and asset

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a financial, real estate, or banking analyst.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, GIS and database management.
• Experience with sourcing, collection and management of market research in a fast-paced PE-like environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with initiative and strong written/spoken communication.
• Ability to think abstractly and develop creative solutions.
• Some travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the BTR data collection process from multiple sources and create reports for underwriting and market knowledge.
• Underwrite, analyze, generate offers and draft materials for investment committee.
• Use proprietary data, visualization tools and models to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with team to enhance project management and meet timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with investment, operations, and asset management teams for onboarding of new BTR projects.
