Progress Residential is hiring an Acquisitions Associate - BTR to reshape the single-family rental market in a data-driven environment. You will identify, underwrite, and prepare investment materials for newly built and upcoming build-to-rent homes across top markets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years in financial or real estate analysis, with advanced Excel, GIS, and strong communication. Some travel is expected as projects span multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a financial, real estate, or banking analyst.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, GIS, and database management skills.
• Experience sourcing and managing market research in a high-volume, private equity-like environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with initiative and strong written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Own the BTR data collection process and create reports for underwriting and market knowledge.
• Underwrite, analyze, generate offers and draft investment committee materials.
• Use proprietary data, visualization tools and models to inform investment decisions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure BTR projects meet timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with investment, operations, and asset management teams for onboarding BTR projects.
