Remote: This position does not require the employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The role enables off-site work on a permanent basis and involves covering territory visits to dealerships regularly. The selected candidate will assume responsibility for Wichita and Western Kansas.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation benefits.

The Buick GMC District Sales Manager is responsible for managing and engaging our Buick GMC dealers through visits and collaborations. This involves being present at stores, working on product displays, marketing initiatives, customer retention, financial analysis, and training to ensure dealer success in selling our products. The role is fast-paced, and success relies on strong relationship-building and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and partners.
  2. Foster and grow partnerships.
  3. Provide mentorship and consulting to meet sales objectives.
  4. Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and address feedback.
  5. Support product launches with marketing and advertising efforts.
  6. Ensure dealership personnel training and compliance.
  7. Assist with inventory management and stabilization.
  8. Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competition to identify opportunities.
  9. Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessories.
  10. Help resolve customer issues.
  11. Travel within your designated region to visit dealers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales and customer service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 100% and relocate within the U.S.
  • Legal ability to operate a motor vehicle.
