Remote: This position does not require the employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The role enables remote work on a permanent basis. The position involves territory visits to dealerships in Wichita and Western Kansas.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation benefits.

The Buick GMC District Sales Manager is responsible for managing and engaging Buick GMC dealers through visits and direct interaction. This role involves being present at stores to connect with our products and services and may include initiatives like marketing, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training. The goal is to ensure dealers understand and succeed in selling our products. A typical day is fast-paced and varied. Success requires strong relationship-building and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between GM, dealerships, and partners
  • Develop and maintain partnerships
  • Provide mentorship and consulting to meet sales objectives
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and address feedback
  • Support product launches with marketing and advertising efforts
  • Ensure dealership personnel training and compliance
  • Assist with inventory management and stabilization
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competition for revenue opportunities
  • Increase vehicle and accessory sales
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Travel within your designated region to visit dealers
