• Excellent internal/external guest service
• Scrape and clean dishes, silverware and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher
• Wash pots, pans and trays
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas
• General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
