Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, TX is seeking a buffet server for a part-time, second-shift role. This position offers a base hourly rate with no tips, and requires a friendly, guest-focused approach.

You will assist in the marketplace buffet, maintain front-of-house cleanliness, and support team members across stations. Training provided for safety and beverage certifications.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to take drink orders.
• Clear, clean and reset plates, tables and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations, vacuuming, and more.
• Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
