Job summary

We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to restock food items, prep stations, and maintain high cleanliness standards across all Food & Beverage areas. The role supports various outlets as needed by business demands and reports to the Production Lead.

Minimum 1 year in prep cook, kitchen utility, or line cook, with strong food safety knowledge. A valid food handler’s permit and Serve Safe certification are required. Ability to lift and move heavy items is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prep cook/kitchen utility/line cook experience.
• Must follow IHS and food safety guidelines.
• Must have valid food handler's permit and Serve Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service per We-Ko-Pa Way standards.
• Greet guests and assist calmly and professionally.
• Stock, rotate, and organize kitchen and buffet areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen surfaces and equipment.
• Follow recipe specs and time/temp controls for food items.
• Assist with overall buffet maintenance and food safety compliance.
