Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a prep cook, kitchen utility, or line cook.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
• Must lift in excess of 50 pounds and push or pull 100.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares foods according to menu and restaurant standards.
• Maintains clean, organized, and sanitized area at all times.
• Provides exceptional guest service and follows We-Ko-Pa Way standards.
• Reads and follows recipes and production standards for required outlets.
