Fort McDowell Golf Club invites applications for a Line Cook/Prep Cook within the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort’s Food & Beverage department. You will restock, prep, and maintain high cleanliness standards across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining food quality and safety, and supporting a team to meet business needs. Requires a valid food handler’s permit and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• The minimum requirement of 1 year of experience as a prep cook, kitchen utility, or line cook. This candidate must be motivated and follow all IHS and food safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards.
• Under the supervision of the Production Lead cooks and prepares foods according to menu and restaurant standards.
• Maintains all areas of the buffet to ensure the area is stocked, organized, and following all food safety standards.
• Reads understands and follows standards and recipe specifications for the production of food items in all required outlets.
• Responsible for maintaining all food quality standards about food safety, and time/temp control.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitized area at all times. Adheres to all state, HIS, and departmental standards and regulations of health and food safety.
• Must have a valid food handler's permit and be Serve Safe certified.
