PENN Entertainment is hiring a cook for our casino dining operations. The role involves fast-paced food preparation, plating to guest requests, and maintaining sanitary work spaces. You will greet guests, ensure accuracy in recipe yields, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic environment.

Candidates should have five years of cooking experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. On-site role in Tunica, MS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ experience as a cook in a high-volume food service operation.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to guests and team members at your station.
• Maintain accurate information on food items and preparation techniques.
• Prepare food items per guest order and cook to required specifications.
• Slice, dice, carve, portion and garnish dishes.
• Keep work stations clean and safe and rotate stock per procedures.
• Assist with inventory and ensure par levels are met.
