Job summary
The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado, operated by Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI), is seeking a Seasons Buffet Cashier/Host to greet guests, seat tables and provide fast, friendly service in a dynamic casino dining environment.

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience.
- Identification that establishes identity and right to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat all guests and employees to provide exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service.
- Assist in maintaining the flow of the room to facilitate turnover of tables.
- Maintain bank.
- Relay customer complaints and compliments to the supervisor.
- Familiar with all menu items, prices and hours of operation.
- Comply with applicable laws and company policies (gaming, liquor, IRS).
