Job summary

Golden Corral in Greenville, SC is seeking energetic cooks to join our team. The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of Hot Choice Buffet products, and pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and recipe compliance.

You will prepare, grill, stock, and rotate items, assist guests when needed, maintain FIFO inventory, follow health codes, and work with the Manager on opening/closing duties to ensure top service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including carving and display cooking per Golden Corral recipes.
• Grills all items to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Restocks and rotates food using FIFO to maintain freshness.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when needed.
• Maintains equipment and cleanliness of the buffet area.
• Takes inventory and coordinates with the Manager at shift start and end.
• Ensures hot products remain hot and fresh for guests.
