Job summary

Platinum Corral is seeking a Cook to ensure the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products. You will prepare items according to Golden Corral recipes, grill to standards, and maintain cleanliness and FIFO inventory practices.

You will also assist guests with carved options when needed and perform opening/closing procedures while upholding health and sanitation guidelines. A team-oriented, fast-paced environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products per Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items to Golden Corral standards for quality.
• Keeps fried items fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Follows buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life.
