Qualifications

• Previous culinary or kitchen experience is preferred but not required for all shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and basic kitchen operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook buffet and dining room items for breakfast and dinner service.
• Prepare hors d’oeuvres for receptions, maintaining freshness and presentation.
• Assist with menu planning and proper execution of dishes.
• Maintain food presentation and temperature control for safety and appeal.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and proper storage of supplies.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas and assist with dishwashing as needed.
