Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst in Buffalo, NY, to support the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability division. You will partner with program stakeholders to create and analyze cost reports, assist with budgeting, invoicing, and monthly/quarterly tasks including EACs and forecasts.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with experience or a master's with fewer years, strong Excel skills, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis.
• Strong PC skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze reports for programs and stakeholders.
• Support budgets, schedules, and Earned Value Management tasks.
• Monitor costs and schedules on contracts and prepare expenditure projections.
• Assist with financial forecasts and government cost control guidelines.
