Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Superintendent for the Buffalo, NY area. You will lead subcontractors and Turner trade labor, ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and adherence to budget on the project. Reports to Project Superintendent/Project Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, resolving issues, managing WIP billing, and ensuring work conforms to contract documents. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' related experience.

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics and staffing for trades.
• Coordinate work among trades to promote coordinated project operations.
• Manage site safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
