• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provides a wonderful experience for the patient.
• Advises patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Keeps abreast of new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Processes payments using the POS system.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment.
• Educates patients on safe use of cannabis products.
• Weights, packages, and labels cannabis products as required.
• Checks IDs to verify legal age and credentials for entering the dispensary.
• Takes inventory and ensures shelves are stocked.
• Completes opening and closing tasks.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
