Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Budtender experience preferred but not required.
• Pass a background check and obtain a state card.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Stay informed on new products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
• Educate patients on safe use of products.
• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products correctly.
• Verify age and credentials of patients to enter the dispensary.
• Take inventory and ensure sales floor is stocked.
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with company and state policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
