Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate (Budtender) to join our on-site team. You will leverage product knowledge to guide customers, manage stock, and ensure a clean, compliant sales floor while delivering exceptional service.

Applicants should have at least 21 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years in retail or food service, with cannabis experience and METRC familiarity preferred. On-site schedule, competitive pay, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• For legal reasons, all employees must be at least 21.
• High school diploma or GED required; background check will be conducted.
• Minimum of two years in retail or food service, cannabis experience preferred; METRC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Keep the dispensary stocked, clean, and organized.
• Maintain in-depth product and strain knowledge; stay informed on industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer/patient service and professionalism.
• Meet with customers/patients to discuss needs and assess relationships.
• Counsel customers on cannabis use, dosages, forms, effects, and side effects.
• Process sales transactions and input data into POS and inventory systems.
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
