Job summary

DCM Inc. operates a on-site dispensary delivering high-quality cannabis products with a strong emphasis on customer experience and compliance. The Dispensary Retail Associate role supports product knowledge, sales, and a clean, organized store atmosphere.

Candidates should bring retail or food service experience, a passion for cannabis, and the ability to provide excellent service while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Minimum of two years retail or food service experience.
• Cannabis experience preferred, up to 6 months but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Keep the dispensary stocked, clean and organized.
• Maintain product knowledge and store-wide cannabis knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and customers.
• Accurately enter customer data into company platforms.
• Discuss evolving needs and assess relationships with customers.
• Guide customers on cannabis use and product selection.
• Fulfill online, in-store, and curbside orders accurately.
• Process sales and manage POS data and cash transactions.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising and in-store promotions.
