DCM Inc. operates a demanding cannabis retail environment and seeks a dedicated Retail Associate (Budtender) to enhance customer experiences. You will manage product knowledge, assist with purchases, and ensure stock levels are maintained on the sales floor.

The role requires passion for cannabis, strong product knowledge, and a track record in retail or food service. On-site work five days a week with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• Minimum two years of retail or food service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of METRC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Follow company policies to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Keep dispensary stocked, clean, and organized.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in store.
• Deliver excellent customer/patient service and professionalism.
• Assist customers/patients with purchases and discuss use, dosages, forms, effects and side effects.
• Handle POS transactions and input transaction/inventory data accurately.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
