The role requires a Colorado cannabis industry badge or application through the state, with full-time hours typically 30–35 per week and shift coverage from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Qualifications

• A valid State of Colorado cannabis industry badge is required to work in any dispensary.
• The badge cost is the candidate's responsibility and not reimbursed by the company.
• Reliability is essential for a customer-facing role.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by answering questions and offering knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to every guest.
• Stock and organize products on the sales floor.
• Accurately and responsibly handle cash transactions.
• Adhere to all company policies and MED regulations.
