You’ll work in a fast-paced, compliant environment, upholding store standards and providing a welcoming, educational experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, basic math, and a genuine interest in cannabis products; retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate customers about product effects and safe consumption methods.
• Maintain attractive displays and ensure accuracy at point-of-sale.
