Job summary

Native Roots in Avon, CO is seeking a Budtender to deliver knowledgeable, personalized service and guide customers through their cannabis journey, tailoring product recommendations to wellness needs while ensuring compliant, accurate sales.

You will educate customers on product benefits and support daily store operations, including inventory, order intake, and keeping a clean, organized workspace. Open availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid Colorado MED Employee License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in customers and patients.
• Engages with customers to understand wellness needs and recommends products.
• Educates customers on benefits of cannabis products.
• Assists with deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization, including product layout and inventory.
• Performs sales transactions including cash handling, using POS, and compliant packaging/labeling.
• Enters or updates customer information in POS system.
• Other duties as assigned.
