Job summary

Native Roots in Boulder, CO is seeking friendly Budtenders to deliver knowledgeable, personalized cannabis experiences. You will greet customers, assess wellness needs, recommend products, explain benefits, and ensure accurate, compliant sales while supporting daily store operations.

The role emphasizes great communication, teamwork, and reliability. Eligible staff receive PTO, health coverage, and retirement options after six months, plus wage-access benefits; in-person shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers and patients.
• Understand wellness needs and recommend cannabis products.
• Educate customers on cannabis benefits and product use.
• Assist with deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure compliant packaging and labeling.
• Enter or modify customer information in the POS system.
