Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Associate to promote a positive, customer‑service oriented environment and ensure policy compliance. You will enhance the in‑store experience through product knowledge and friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in store and over the phone, processing online orders, and using the POS; you will help with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked shop.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass a level 2 background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliability, punctuality and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Promote sales through product knowledge and engagement.
• Use and train on the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Maintain clean, neat, and well-stocked store; manage signage and merchandising.
