Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a front-line retail associate to promote a positive, customer service oriented environment while upholding store policies. You will deliver excellent service, enhance the customer experience through product knowledge, greet customers, and assist with in-store, phone, and online orders.

The role requires cash handling, POS use, and accurate safety and compliance handling; you will support inventory, merchandising, and housekeeping to keep the store welcoming and well

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.

• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain store signage, pricing tickets, marketing materials visible and updated.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and general housekeeping.
• Maintain a positive attitude to create a positive work environment.

What the role is about:

Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assists customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the
• training and compliance binder
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld

What you’ve accomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
