Job summary

ABYZ is seeking a Budtender to work closely with guests, recommending cannabis products that match their needs. You will provide friendly, informed service and maintain accurate cash handling while upholding company standards in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, cannabis experience preferred, and availability for weekend/evening shifts. Basic computer skills and POS familiarity are needed to input orders and process transactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or other customer service experience required; cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling including weekends and evenings.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Verify ID and paperwork for guests.
• Input orders accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized dispensary area and replenish stock as needed.
• Keep menus and signage up to date with product information.
• Stay informed about cannabis products and industry trends.
• Support team to ensure efficient service.
