Qualifications

• One year of retail or customer service experience is required.
• Cannabis knowledge is required; cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Must be 21 years of age and pass background checks.
• Basic computer skills, cash handling, and familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest personally with enthusiasm and a friendly tone.
• Verify paperwork, documentation and IDs for guests.
• Work with team to maintain an efficient, clean dispensary.
• Stock and organize dispensary areas per company standards.
• Input orders, handle payments, and give correct change.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform nightly inventory counts.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.
• Update menus and signage with clear, informative details.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
