The University of Washington Medical Center's UW Tacoma Fiscal Services is seeking a Manager of Budget Operations to provide leadership for budgeting processes, systems, and financial planning support across the campus.

Reporting to the Director of Fiscal Services, you will oversee budget administration, Adaptive Planning, and reporting, while guiding schools and units to optimize resources and maintain fiscal integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, public administration, or similar field.
5 years of demonstrated experience with financial system administration and budget development processes.
Experience supervising professional or classified staff.

Responsabilités

Oversee operational administration of annual operating budget processes in partnership with university leadership.
Maintain adaptive planning budget models, security, and reporting tools; ensure data integrity with Workday.
Provide guidance on budget administration, funding, and financial management to departments.
Supervise staff responsible for budget administration and reporting; establish priorities and evaluate performance.
Review sponsored project budgets and assist with capital budget reporting and analyses.
