The successful candidate will develop cost analyses, participate in market surveys, and document negotiations and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts per MTA policies and procedures; develop, solicit, negotiate, and award contracts via IFB and RFP processes.
• Prepare supplemental agreements, including contract modifications, task orders, change orders, budget adjustments and closeout documents.
• Collect, analyze, and report procurement data; develop bid submission requirements and evaluation criteria; review vendor qualifications and procure goods and services using informal procedures; prepare cost/price analyses and negotiation summaries.
