Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public or Business Administration or related field; plus five years of progressively responsible experience in finance/budget/purchasing.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff and manages workloads.
• Oversees budgeting, revenues, expenditures and financial performance for the department.
• Manages procurement process and purchasing card compliance.
• Reviews financial transactions for proper account classification and funding availability.
• Monitors grant contracts and prepares financial reports and audits.
