Qualifications

• Education at the graduate level must be from an accredited institution and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the work.
• Foreign education must be evaluated for equivalency if applicable; transcripts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management with budget formulation and execution in an assigned area.
• Develop, monitor, and present briefings; advise on operation of a budget program.
• Serve as liaison between districts/TS and other Technical Operations organizations and offices.
• Use automated budget tools to allocate, track, reconcile and report funds; prepare financial reports.
• Act as budget expert and support management in budgeting matters; ensure policy compliance.
