Qualifications

• Conduct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives for managing programs and administrative operations.
• Apply advanced accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial systems information.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to reporting systems and processes to improve transparency and accountability.
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders on optimizing financial resources and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure development and maintenance of audit trails for budgetary transactions and decisions.
