People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Budget Analyst in Arlington, VA with a hybrid work arrangement. The role provides budget and financial analysis support to ONR Code 32, developing spend plans and forecasts, and contributing to planning and phasing processes.

A SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and at least three years budgeting experience in S&T and R&D are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and Navy ERP or SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years of budgeting experience in S&T and R&D programs.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Execute ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers.
• Assist in the annual phasing and planning process and help Program Officers develop spend plans.
• Perform forecasts on burn rates compared to benchmarks and phasing plans.
• Support planning, execution, tracking, and reconciliation of departmental finances and budget calls.
• Assist in responding to data calls concerning financial aspects of programs.

Position Title: Budget Analyst Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized)

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope of Work: Provides budget and financial analyst support to ONR Code 32, executing ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers and supporting the annual phasing and planning process. Assists Program Officers in developing spend plans and forecasts burn rates against benchmarks and phasing plans

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Execute ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers
• Assist in the annual phasing and planning process and help Program Officers develop spend plans
• Perform forecasts on burn rates compared to benchmarks and phasing plans
• Support planning, execution, tracking, and reconciliation of departmental finances and budget calls
• Assist in responding to data calls concerning financial aspects of programs

• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university
• Three (3) years of budgeting experience in S&T and R&D programs
