Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Budget Analyst in Arlington, VA (Hybrid). The role provides budget and financial analysis support to ONR Code 32, assisting in spend plans, forecasts, and budget phasing.

Responsibilities include ad hoc reporting for Program Officers and coordination of financial planning, tracking, and reconciliation processes. A SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with a Bachelor's degree and 3 years budgeting experience in S&T/R&D.

• Three years budgeting experience in S&T and R&D programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute ad hoc financial and business reports for Program Officers.
• Assist in annual phasing and planning and help Program Officers develop spend plans.
• Forecast burn rates against benchmarks and phasing plans.
• Support planning, execution, tracking, and reconciliation of departmental finances and budget calls.
• Respond to data calls concerning financial aspects of programs.
