Responsibilities

• Assist in financial accounting, budget control, and financial reporting; review transactions and advise on budget changes.
• Prepare monthly reports related to district grants and year-end close entries; assist in posting accounting transactions.
• Assist in preparation of the district budget and financial reports for local, state, and federal agencies.
• Support in cash advance requests for federal projects and development of related policies.
