M9 Solutions is seeking a Budget Analyst Lead to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for enforcing work standards across the Budget & Business Operations Team.


• Act for the client in the daily operation, to further and achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.


• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust.


• Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metro area for meetings, and may be required to be on-site during weekends or after hours in the event of a project related emergency.


• 5+ years of experience managing similar programs/projects/real property management in the federal government.


• 7+ years of supervisory experience.


• Experience assisting government agencies in the subject area of audit.


• Familiarity with budget and finance functions related to real property management in the federal government.


• Expertise in business process improvement related to infrastructure and construction within the federal government.


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in civil engineering, architecture, or business, or an MBA.


• Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural Registration (license).


• Skilled in the areas of budgeting, finance, and business operations.


• Versed in computer programs such as RPMS to track real property.

Salary Range

$60,000—$180,000 USD
