Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of coursework in accounting, business administration, finance, statistics, or work experience in budgeting or financial management.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, or sponsored projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post, update, and reconcile transactions for funds.
• Manage faculty start-up institutional research funds.
• Process subcontract budgeting, re-budgeting requests, and consulting agreements.
• Process faculty expenditure requests and reimbursements.
• Prepare budgets for sponsored research grants and contracts.
• Maintain budget and proposal files for submitted and awarded proposals.
