Job summary

Butte County Behavioral Health is seeking an Administrative Analyst Supervisor to oversee department budget development, submission, and ongoing communication. The role reports to department leadership and provides budgetary support through data analysis, projections, reports, and recommendations.

Strong presentation skills and group communication are essential. Supervision of staff and coordination across budgetary, grants, contracting, HR, and training activities will be key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; major coursework in business administration, public administration, economics, or related field.
• Six years of professional experience in administrative, operational, management, or fiscal/financial analysis; two years in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, supervises, and reviews the work of staff in financial, budgetary, program, and related administrative services.
• Leads budget development, financial reporting, grants, purchasing, contract administration, HR, risk management, and training/staff development initiatives.
• Supervises and conducts analytical studies; researches legislation and regulations; ensures compliance and improves processes.
