Job summary

Butte County Behavioral Health is seeking an Administrative Analyst Supervisor to oversee department budget development, submission, and ongoing communication. This role will work closely with department leadership to provide budgetary support through data analysis, projections, and reporting.

The position requires presenting complex information, supervising staff, and guiding management in financial and programmatic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, economics, or a closely related field.
• Six years of professional experience performing administrative, operational, management, or fiscal/financial analysis including two years of lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and review work of budgetary and administrative staff.
• Lead development and administration of budgets and financial reporting.
• Audit cost allocations, journal entries, and revenue/expense reconciliations.
• Oversee grants management and contract administration activities.
• Provide guidance on program analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Represent department in interdepartmental meetings and coordinate with county staff.
