Chimes International Limited is seeking a senior finance professional to lead budgeting and forecasting for a $45M portfolio across 100+ behavioral health programs. You will drive monthly variance analysis, revenue integrity, and executive reporting while coordinating with county agencies and cross-functional leadership.

The role emphasizes strengthening financial literacy, improving processes, and ensuring internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and quarterly budget and forecasting for a $45M portfolio spanning 100+ behavioral health programs.
• Support financial integration of newly acquired organizations by developing operating budgets and executive reporting packages.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage revenue invoicing processes with recommendations for accurate billing, timely reconciliation, and revenue integrity.
• Prepare and present month-end financial reporting packages to executive leadership, highlighting KPIs and forecast updates.
• Coordinate with operational and executive leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Prepare quarterly fiscal reports to county agencies and assist with county financial audits in line with contractual requirements.

• Lead annual and quarterly budget and forecasting for $45M portfolio spanning 100+ behavioral health programs, including internal and county budget submissions
• Support financial integration of newly acquired organizations by developing operating budgets and preparing comprehensive executive reporting packages
• Perform monthly variance analysis, providing actionable insights and commentary on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Manage revenue invoicing processes providing recommendations for accurate billing, timely reconciliation, and revenue integrity
• Develop and deliver financial training for program directors strengthening financial literacy, budget accountability, and operational decision-making
• Prepare and present month-end financial reporting packages to executive leadership, communicating key performance drivers and forecasting updates
• Partner cross-functionally with operational and executive leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals and drive informed business decisions
• Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecast efficiency and internal controls
• Prepare and submit quarterly fiscal reports to county agencies, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual requirements, and adherence to reporting deadlines
• Coordinate and complete county financial audits by preparing supporting documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with funding and contractual requirements
