Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Guest Experience Host at SEA LIFE Minnesota in Bloomington. Bring high energy, engage with guests, and help keep lines safe and the venue welcoming. You’ll use a microphone for announcements and interact with guests to spread fun vibes.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in attractions or customer service, enjoy public speaking, and provide friendly, proactive service. Availability includes days, nights, weekends and holidays with morning options Sunday-Thursday.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus.
• Public speaking or theatre experience is a plus; you will be using a microphone as part of your job
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
