Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management for the BU in Evansville, IN. This leadership role provides strategic oversight and operational excellence across all supply chain activities within the BU, aligning with corporate standards and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading S&OP, optimizing end-to-end processes, and driving cost savings while ensuring reliable delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 10+ years in supply chain management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a BU or similar structure.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BU supply chain strategy.
• Oversee demand, inventory, and supply planning for the BU.
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
• Establish KPIs and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Manage S&OP and align across commercial, operations, finance, and R&D.
