Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in supply chain, operations or business management.
• Experience in supply chain fields: demand, supply, inventory, scheduling, warehousing.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and adherence of the supply plan and escalate deviations.
• Lead the scheduler role and warehouse team.
• Create detailed daily plant schedules.
• Measure OTIF, inventory, and schedule attainment; drive improvements.
• Ensure standard supply chain processes are followed across BU.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, and operations to deliver results.
