Job summary

You will oversee plant schedules, collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Leadership, and ensure timely execution of the supply plan while aligning with customer needs and business priorities.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, inventory control, and data-driven decision making. A BS/BA in a related field and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain/Operations or Business Management.
• Experience in Demand / Supply / Inventory / Production Scheduling / Capacity Planning, Warehousing and/or Optimization.
• Prior leadership experience and SAP (PP, MM, APO, SNP, PPDS & WMS) or related ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and adherence of the supply plan and escalate deviations.
• Lead scheduler and warehouse teams; create detailed daily plant schedules.
• Measure OTIF, inventory levels, schedule attainment and receipt accuracy; drive improvements.
• Ensure standard supply chain processes are followed throughout the BU.
• Maintain master planning data and audit for compliance monthly/quarterly.
