The role demands extensive leadership, deep finance knowledge, and collaboration with manufacturing and engineering to optimize costs, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• MBA or CPA preferred; strong finance and accounting background.
• Experience with SOX, controls, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Irvine finance team of twelve and advise BU Manager.
• Oversee general ledger, budgeting, FP&A, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls.
• Partner with engineering and operations for cost control.
• Manage manufacturing accounting, inventory, and variance analysis.
• Develop KPIs and evaluate program results for profitability.
• Support acquisition integration and cross-location coordination.
• Engage with government agencies and key customers as needed.
