Job summary

A leading provider of engineering services is seeking a Field Technician to resolve complex issues at cell sites and conduct routine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, along with an Associate’s degree in a related field. Key responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and providing coaching to less experienced technicians. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a field technician or similar role.
• Understanding of all components of a GSM network, including T-1 architecture and microwave theory.
• Familiarity with RF engineering aspects of cell site construction.

Responsibilities

• Isolate and resolve complex issues at the BTS cell sites.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors and Network Operations Center personnel.

Education

Associate’s degree in communications, navigation, radar, electronics, or computer technology
